· Ideal for plants which require large volumes of air at relatively low pressure

· All parts exposed to delivery flow are made of corrosion resistant plastic or plastic-coated steel

· 3 phase a.c. motor completely hermetically encapsulated away from the medium handled

· Motor cooling air is fed through the motor support brackets

· Fan sizes 200 to 315 use injection moulded glass-fibre reinforced PP impellers

· From fan size 355 impellers made depending on requirements in plastic or plastic-coated steel

· Flow rates 100 m3/h to 50000 m3/h

· Pressures 70 Pa to 1000 Pa

· Efficiency up to 83%

· Choice of materials depends on the chemical and thermal operating conditions PVC, PP and PPs are used

· Direct drive—impeller overhung-mounted on the motor shaft

· Standard drive power 3 phase a.c. motor to IEC recommendation

· Other voltages & frequencies, pole-reversing or variable speed motors can be supplied
